Ricochet

Main fire - Bounce Blast: His main fire would launch a bunch of goo balls that bounce around off of any surface they hit. Allowing him to get creative with the angles he uses to shoot his opponents. E Ability - Sticky Goo: He fires a large ball of goo that stuns those it hits, and upon impact of the ground, leaves a pool that slow those who walk through it. Shift Ability - Grapple Tongue: This would give him some high mobility, as it pulls him towards any surface it hits. Ultimate Ability - Splash Down: Ricochet would leap into the air and select his landing destination, upon hitting an enemy he would leap back up and repeating the same process up to four times total. If he landed all four attacks, it would result in a large AOE Blast.
